Radial Golden Marine Service Corporation (RGMSC) was organized in February 1992, registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and licensed to operate by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

The company operates in Manila’s central area, Malate, a bustling hub of maritime and commercial activity. The RGMSC management expertise devolves on staff personnel well-versed in the systematic selection and procedural documentation of experienced and disciplined mariners, to meet the crewing requirement of most discerning shipmasters or ship owners. Their ultimate choices could well be the RGMSC staff’s obsession, poetically stated: “Our mariners - will man, whatever tonnage your ships, will sail whichever the seven seas.” Lending the expertise on administrative and overseeing operational matters, is the corporate board of “all weather” Master Mariners, Chief Engineers, Career Managers and entrepreneurs, who have been in their trades for quite a number of years.
